He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin "Byrum" Manley and Mildred "Pat" Manley. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Wayne Woodell; his nephew Joseph Ramos (Tiffani); his nieces, Sherry Harman (David) and Mary Olynick; his uncle Earl Poole; Piedmont Crossing. He is also survived by eight cousins.
