He is survived by: his mother Linda Clark Summerlin; his wife Diane; his children, Carter, Kylee and Ashley (Kenny); his stepson Thomas (Anna); his grandsons, Riley and Camden; his siblings, Kevin Summerlin (Michelle) and Leslie Borgsteede (Hank); and his nieces and nephews, Erik, Heather, Chandler and Sydney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Randolph in Mickey's honor.
