He is survived by: his parents, Shannon LaDare Smith (Chris Williard) of High Point and Daniel Lee Coltrane (Michelle) of Colfax; his brother Braden Coltrane of High Point; his grandparents, Charles Smith, Lana Smith and Cynthia Pritchard; his aunt Sandi Slawitschka (Frank); his uncle Brandon Smith (Mandi); and his cousins, Sean, Jaren, Emma Kate and Jack.
