She was predeceased by: her father William Otus; her husband Clay L. Blevins; and her siblings, Wilma Reeves, Faye Leonard, Ray Lee, J. B. Lee, Paul Lee and Randall Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Blevins (Tamara) of Trinity and Catherine "Cathy" Short (Kenny) of Trinity; her grandchildren, Bryce Blevins, Victoria Blevins, Jeffery Short (Amber) and Joshua Short (Becky); her great grandchildren, Alex Short and Logan Short; and her sister Shirley Medford of High Point. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
