With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Greene Walker of Archdale, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Talley R. Greene and Rosa Kennedy Greene; her husband Jimmy Hassell Walker; and her son Christopher James Walker. She is survived by: her son Mark Jonathan Walker (Ann) of Archdale; her grandchildren, Zack Walker (Courtney), Rachel Mustin (Chad), Noelle Walker, Katie Goebel (Josh), Faith Anne Walker, Hannah Walker and Jessica Smith; and her great grandchildren, Beau Walker, Hudson Goebel and Levi Goebel.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service - Archdale (206 Trindale Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
