He is survived by: his wife LouEllen Gunter of Archdale; his son Stevie Gunter (Laura) of Trinity; his grandchildren, Kayla Proctor (Brian) of Archdale, Juliana Swink (Austin) of Lexington, Jordan Gunter of Thomasville, Megan Jester (Dylan) of Lexington and Abby Gunter of Winston-Salem; and his great grandchildren, Roselynn, James and Amelia Proctor.
