She was predeceased by: her father Bertrum S. Haag. She is survived by: her mother Betty McMichael Haag of Williamsport, PA; her husband William B. Forest, Sr.; her daughters, Carolyn Hawk (George) of Williamsport, PA and Karen McKinney (Jim) of Williamsport, PA; her stepchildren, William B. Forest, Jr. of Trout Run, PA and Heather M. Blain (Mack) of Queen City, NY; and her brothers, Jerry Haag (Miriam) of New Jersey, William Haag of Staten Island and Jim Haag (Donna) of Williamsport, PA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
