He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Jean Osborn; and his daughter Mary Jeanette Kota. He is survived by: his daughter Janie Minish (Bryan) of Candor; and his brother Curtis Lee Osborn (Donna Lynn) of Lexington. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
