“I would like to express my condolences to Sylvia’s family. Sylvia was the first of two neighbors I had met when moving into Liberty Square. I enjoyed speaking and getting to know her and of course, meeting her special spoiled companion, Gigi. She was very kind to me and visited my home on several occasions, we shared the love of flowers and had many laughs together. I speak for myself and the neighbors, Sylvia’s presence is missed in our lives. Sincerely, Kathy Regan”
