He was predeceased by: his sister Shannon Yow; and his grandparents, Hal, Margaret Rich, Sam and Mamie Edmonds.
He is survived by: his mother Polly Queen; his parent-in-law Dale; his father Frank Rich (Carol); his sister Phyllis Farlow (Brad); his nibling Maddie; and his caregiver Trish Dunford.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Glenola Baptist Church in his memory and would like to express gratitude for the many kindnesses the Glenola Baptist community offered Tony and his family throughout the years.
