William Monroe Hill Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2025, at the age of 79, William Monroe Hill of Archdale, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Hill and Thelma Wall Hill; his siblings, Edgar Branson Hill, David Vance Hill and Maddie Guntter; and his daughter Marlene Morris.
He is survived by: his son Scott (Audra) of Archdale; his sisters, Carla Trotter, Peggy Dennis and Cathy Joyce; and his grandchildren, William Monroe Simmons, Daniel Hill, Adam Hill, Stephen Simmons, Beth Kirk, Danielle Kiser, Amanda Simmons, Johnny Simmons, Desiree Godwin, Marc Loflin and Elizabeth Simmons. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (4518 Shiptontown Rd, Denton, NC 27239). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
