She was predeceased by: her father Walter M. Dockins, Sr.; her grandparents, John, Edith Dockins, Leon and Dimple Baker; and her aunt Gail Dockins.
She is survived by: her mother Linda Baker Dockins; her husband Christian "Tony" Hensley; her sons, Cody Wayne Dockins and Charles "Curry" Dockins; her stepchildren, Casey Hensley, Chloe Hensley, Christin Hensley, Matt Acheson and Zachary Acheson; her grandson Stedson Dockins; and her brothers, Walter M. Dockins, Jr. and Travis P. Dockins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the New Salem Cemetery.
