She was predeceased by: her parents, David Cooper and Felicia Cooper; and her husband Frank Latocha. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Slack (Victor), Donna, Alecia Godfrey (Eddie) and Cheryl Head (Ricky); her goddaughter Mary Johnson of Winston Salem, NC; her grandchildren, William Slack (Stephanie), Terry Morrow (Jenna), Victoria Greenleaf (Mark), Caitlen Hall (Josh), Jennifer McCarson, Matthew Head and Jeremiah McKinney Latocha; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Morrow, Olivia Morrow, Carter Knight, David Greenleaf, Gray Gallagher, Bryson Hall, Noah Morrow, Abrianna Briscoe, Kaleb Morrow, Ember Hall, Aliza Boyd and Amira Suratt.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Calvary Episcopal Churchyard (2840 Hendersonville Rd, Fletcher, NC 28732).
