He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley and Eva Cole (Miller); and his siblings, Dale, Gene, Joe Cole, Betty Sorrells and Ruth Calabrese.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Cole (Wagner) of Arden; his children, Bert Cole (Sandy) and Leslie Barnes (Dennis); his granddaughter Megan Cole Palmer (Jared); his great grandchildren, Brycen, Callie and Jase; and his siblings, Mack, David Cole, Monica Smith, Gloria Kennedy (Chuck) and Obera Currin. He is also survived by his children, granddaughter and 3 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
