He is survived by: his sister-in-law Betty Sams; and his nieces and nephews, Ben Goldsmith, Lynn Goldsmith, Sheila Wasch, Michael Sams, Douglas Sams, Tracy Anderson, Ben Waddell, Robin Wilker, Misty Waddell, Brandy Gammon and Beth Burton.
