She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hyder and Mildred Moser Hyder. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Harry" Vaughn; her sons, Glenn Allen Gasperson (Wanda) of Arden and Michael Lee Gasperson (Stephanie) of Arden; and her siblings, Debbie Braese (Paul) of Apex, NC and Pete Roberts of Hendersonville. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
