She was predeceased by: her parents, Paulino Garilao Arcoyo and Carmen Benedicto Arcoyo; and her parents-in-law, Barton Crouse Brown and Dorothy McCaul Ballard Brown. She is survived by: her husband Barton McCaul Brown; her son Barton Ian Brown; and her siblings, Evelyn Arcoyo Mauricio, Joaquin Arcoyo (Jack) and Franklin Arcoyo (Buck). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
