He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee Baker and Celia Leona Bledsoe; and his brothers, Stan Baker and Daniel Baker. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Gillespie Baker; his son Jason Baker; his stepdaughter Tracy Garner; his grandchildren, Alexus Baker, Liam Baker, Jared Garner and Nala Garner; his great grandchildren, Ellie Simmons, Calder Hamby and Jackson Maness; and his sisters, Linda Martin of High Shoals and Thelma Summey of Trinity.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to be made to the American Heart Association or a church of your choosing.
