With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bernard Joyce of Asheboro, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Fletcher Joyce and Nellie Inman Joyce; his wife Lois Hill Joyce; and his sister Virginia Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Gordon (Mark) of Asheboro and Wayne Joyce (Danette) of Asheboro; his brother Donald Joyce of Randleman; his grandsons, Gregory Park (Megan) of Asheboro and Brad Joyce (Angie) of Statesville; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Park, Jonas Park and Avery Joyce; and his close friend Betty Scruggs of Asheboro.
