Bill Craddock Dalton Jr. Obituary

Bill "Billy" Craddock Dalton, Jr., age 57 of Asheboro, passed away Monday February 27, 2023 at Randolph Hospital.

A native of Randolph County, Billy was born January 20, 1966 to parents, Vida Allred and the late Bill Craddock Dalton, Sr. in Asheboro. He graduated from Southwestern Randolph High School and worked for Clean Harbors, an environmental cleaning company. Billy accepted Christ at Sawyersville Wesleyan Church. In addition to his father, Bill was preceded in death by his son, Justin Charles Dalton on May 29, 2022.

Bill was united in marriage to Rebecca Dotson on October 9, 2010. He enjoyed many things in life, farming, raising cows, bailing hay and fishing. Spending time with his grandbabies was his greatest love which gave him the most joy.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Rebecca Dotson Dalton, mother Vida F. Allred and stepfather Charles Allred, son Eric Lee Dalton, step-sons Jobie W. Daniels and Dalton Ray Daniels, sister Belinda Allred, 4 granddaughters; Lilly Ann Dalton Allred, Willow Rose Daniels, Rayne A. Daniels and Roseylee Daniels, 3 grandsons; Macgyver Dalton, Nekoda Dalton and Tristin Dalton.

A memorial service will be held 2 PM, Saturday March 11, 2023 at Sawyersville Wesleyan Church, officiated by Rev. Jeff Garner.
