With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Ann Cheek (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on June 20, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alta Parks and Willie Ruffin; her husband Billy Joe Cheek; and her brother William "Billy" Ruffin. She is survived by: her siblings, Danny, Clarence Ruffin, Louise, Darlene and Arlene; and her siblings' children, Brenda Ann, Toby, Angie, Shantina, Angela, Roosevelt, LaToya and Jermaine.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the St. Mark's United Methodist Church (3828 Mechanic Rd, Asheboro, NC 27205).
