He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Webster Efird, Sr. and Muriel Josephine "Jodie" Stiles Efird; and his sister Frances Dawn Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Mary G. Efird; and his children, Donna L. Brown (Kenneth Brown, Sr.), Daniel Webster Efird III, James D. Jones and Charles S. Alden (Christina). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
