It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Connor of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Connor and Frances Bame Connor; and his siblings, Ellen Boone, Jesse, Roger and Robert Connor.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Connor; his children, Christine Connor Glover (Ray) and Douglas Ray Connor (Paula); his siblings, Mary Wood, Lynda Joyce (Marty), Nettie McPherson (Lynn) and Ronald Connor (Sharon); and his grandsons, Connor Glover and Leland Glover.
