He is survived by: his wife Julie Atkins Manley; his daughter Alexis Manley; his siblings, Charles Manley and Casey Lynn Young; and his aunts and uncles, Debra Hinshaw, Shirley Hufstetler, Linda Burgett, Judy Chamberlin, Mike Hinshaw and Larry Staley.
