She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Edward L. Swartout and Dorothy Peters Swartout; and her husband Ted H. Hotaling. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah S. Catrini of Atlanta, GA and Karen L. Dozier (Bryan) of Troy, NC; her sister Sonia Baker (Jim) of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Jordan Catrini, Jojo Catrini (Allison), Jackson Dozier (Anne) and Barrett Dozier; and her close friend Linda Marcel of Greenville, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
