He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard William and Mary Lou Bateman Parsons; his siblings, Martha Parsons Deese, William Duncan Parsons, Michael E Parsons, William Price Parsons and Barry Wayne Parsons; and his uncle Tilton Parsons.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Clayton Parsons (Barbara) and Mary Ellen Parsons Kaifos (Angelo); and his aunt Jeanette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews, and cousins.
