He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Hayden Allen, Sr. and Ernestine Troxler Allen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bullins Allen; his daughter Tina Allen Bailey (David Blemker); his granddaughter Katie Bailey Thompson (Daniel Thompson); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Thompson and Peyton Thompson; his brother Charles L. Allen (Sandra J. Allen); and his sibling's children, Amber Allen Bruner (David), Lee Allen (Mary Burt) and Todd Allen.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
