He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Hayden Allen, Sr. and Ernestine Troxler Allen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bullins Allen; his daughter Tina Allen Bailey (David Blemker); his granddaughter Katie Bailey Thompson (Daniel Thompson); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Thompson and Peyton Thompson; his brother Charles L. Allen (Sandra J. Allen); his niece Amber Allen Bruner (David); and his nephews, Lee Allen (Mary Burt) and Todd Allen.
