He is survived by: his mother Sarah Smith of Staley; his sister Sherry Smith Jordan of Staley; his daughters, Mary Wilson of Winston-Salem and Kayla Smith of Asheboro; his grandsons, Ezra Guinn, Sullivan Guinn, Cody Ellis and Jeffrey Haskill; and his nephew Billy Jordan.
