He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Tart and Zena Byrd; and his son Jarrett Tart. He is survived by: his children, Dana Tart Cauthen (Kane) of Hampstead, NC and Justin Ryan Tart of Topsail Beach, NC; his brother Steve Tart of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Kana Cauthen, Brody Cauthen, Marley Cauthen and Jaden McGee; and the mother of his children Debbie Lofton.
