She is survived by: her daughter Melody Hamlet of Winston Salem, NC.; her grandchildren, Matthew Davis Hamlet of Durham, NC, Natalie Rebecca Hamlet Griffith (Clay) of Kailua, HI and Thomas Edward Hamlet of Raleigh, NC.; and her great grandchild Kaisen Stone Griffith.
Memorials may be given to Randolph Hospice House.
