He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Collins (Brittany) of Statesville, NC and Dakota Dawson of Bradshaw, WV.; his grandsons, Conor, Declan Collins, Kowen Justice, Easton and Sage Bales; and his siblings, Linda Bishop (Eugene) of Fanrock, WV, Ruby Hicks (Larry) of Stringtown, WV, Leoma Dobbs of Premier, WV, Noah Collins (Donna) of Randleman, NC and Hansel Collins of Bradshaw, WV.
