She is survived by: her husband William David Perkins; her children, Deborah Perkins Garcia (Zef) of Randleman, David Perkins (Vella) of Asheboro and Robert Perkins; her grandchildren, Jonathan Forbes (Stacy) of Asheboro and Ashley Henson (Christopher) of Randleman; her great grandchildren, Lily, Mason, Jackson and Johnathan; her niece Sharon McCallister; and her nephews, Johnny Fudge, Michael McCallister and Allen Perkins.
