She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Ray Hunt, Jr. and Sadie Lois Ritter Hunt; her husband Bobby Surratt; her sister Deborah Tysinger; and her brothers-in-law, Marlin Lovingood, George Saunders, Tommy Maness and Johnny Tysinger.
She is survived by: her siblings, Emma Lou Lovingood of Thomasville, Patty Benfield (James) of Asheboro, Patricia Maness of Franklinville, Rhonda Saunders of Asheboro, Jackie Hunt (Cindy) of Farmer, Billy Hunt (Belinda) of Asheboro, David Hunt (Pat) of Asheboro, Richard Hunt of Asheboro and Dale Hunt of Asheboro; and her brother-in-law Gary Surratt (Norma) of Asheboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
