He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nelson and Helen Turner; his wife Barbara Sue Turner; and his son Edward Nelson Turner. He is survived by: his sons, Robby Lee Turner (Beth) of Asheboro, N. C. and Johnny Mack Turner (Andrea) of Carolina Shores, N. C.; and his grandchildren, Rhiannon Lee Turner, Amber Lynn Turner, Hunter Sebastian Pharr and John Michael Clark.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in honor of Keith John Turner.
