She is survived by: her husband William David Carter; her daughter Amy Carter Draughn (Lee Draughn); her grandchildren, Jacob Draughn and Emma Draughn; and her brothers, Terry Hames and Craig Hames. She is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; a great nephew; a great niece; many cousins.
