She is survived by: her sons, Trevor Matney (Angel) of Randleman and Danny Gerald Matney (Pat) of Randleman; her grandchildren, Cody Matney (Kristin) of Franklinville, Christian Matney of Franklinville, Hope Matney West (Shad) of Franklinville and Cobia West of Franklinville; her great grandchildren, Shelby Matney, Presley Matney, Kaylee Stewart and Haley Matney; her great great grandchild Memphis Norris of Randleman; and her friend Dorothy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Pleasant Cross Christian Church (155 Iron Mountain Rd, Asheboro, NC 27205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Cross Christian Church, reflecting Linda's commitment to her faith and community.
