Lloyd touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd William and Kate Smith Baird. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pruitt Baird of Arbor Acres; his daughter Michele Baird Counter (Jason); his sister Nancy Baird Lednum; and his stepsons, David Kirk Flowers (Tanya) and Bradley Charles Flowers (Amanda). He is also survived by her six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Germanton United Methodist Church Cemetery (3622 NC-65, Germanton, NC 27019).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Germanton UMC.
