She was predeceased by: her parents, James Francis Melvin and Velma Martha Fuchs Melvin; and her daughter Lori Ann Burlum. She is survived by: her sons, William Burlum (Lisa), Frank Scofield (Regina), Matthew Scofield (Melissa) and James Scofield (Misty). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
