It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noralean Beal Cox of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Bessie Mae Beal Stutts; her husband Reuben Cox; her children, Ellen Cox Blanton and Billy Joe Cox; her sister Bernice Beal Coble; and her grandchildren, Bradley Cox and Julie Stickler.

She is survived by: her sons, Eugene Cox (Elizabeth) of Asheboro and Gary Cox (Kathi) of Bennettsville, SC; her sister Lillie Mae Beal Beane of Asheboro; her grandchildren, Keith Blanton (Eva), Kim Blanton, Randy Blanton (Gina), Jeffrey Cox, Wanda Sue Wilburn (Mark), Kasey Crotts (Derrick) and Erika Mills (Robert); her great grandchildren, Mark Wilburn (Jessica), Emery Crotts (Amber), Maddie Humble (Nick), Brandon Wilburn (April), Madeleine Blanton, Lillian Blanton, Trey Mills, Lauren Mills, Madison Cox and Brian Blanton; and her great great grandchildren, Noah, Skyler, Lynnlee, Neely, Eli, Chase, Bryce and Mereighan.
