It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pete Isom of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wade Isom, Sr. and Elizabeth Rogers Isom; his children, Connie Childers and Lee Isom; and his siblings, Elsie Fisher, Evelyn Bowman, Ella Thompson, Ellen Dawkins, R. W. Isom, Jr. and David Isom.

He is survived by: his wife Penny Miller Isom; his children-in-law, Kathy Isom of Asheboro and Matt Childers of Trinity; his siblings, Esther Surratt of Asheboro, Mary Brady of Asheboro, Glenda Gregory of Asheboro and Sonny Isom (Dot) of Asheboro; his grandchildren, Megan Dills (Gray), Daniel Scott, Steven Childers, Vinson Childers, Hayden Isom, Greyson Isom and Kaitlyn Isom; and his great grandchildren, Kynslee Dills and Cayson Dills.
