She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Henry Hancock and Addie Shepherd Hancock; and her son Gary Cagle. She is survived by: her daughters, Drema Scott (Danny) of Asheboro and Angela Lee (Joseph) of Asheboro; her daughter-in-law Dorothy Cagle; her grandchildren, Heather Cagle, Scott Thompson and Mandy LaBorde; and her great grandchildren, Kendra Latham, Jaylee Patrick and Garrett Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
