He was predeceased by: his parents, Euma Cleo "Boss" Coley and Margaret Helena Wright Coley; his siblings, Margaret Ann Shore, Martha Coley Kinney, Thomas "Tommy" Coley, Jesse Coley and Euma "Buck" Coley Jr.; his brother-in-law Phillip Cagle; and his mother-in-law Helen Cagle.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Cagle Coley; his children, Kevin Coley (Renee) of Archdale and Cheryl Henderson (Seth) of Asheboro; his grandchildren, Joah Coley, Morgan Coley, Lillian Coley, Daniel Coley, Selah Henderson and Jamie Henderson; his father-in-law Jimmy Cagle; his siblings, Phyllis Overman of Snow Camp, Kaye Joyce Coley Smith (Ed) of Asheboro and David Coley (Vickie) of Sanford; and his siblings-in-law, Amos Shore of Franklinville, Carl Kinney of Ramseur, Sarah Coley of Asheboro, Sharon Coley of Seagrove, Cynthia Cagle of Asheboro and Patricia Jarvis (Sam) of Asheboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Pisgah Church (5594 Pisgah Covered Bridge Rd, Asheboro, NC 27205).
