He is survived by: his wife Hilda Cooper; his sons, Ralph Cooper, Jr. (Tracy), Shawn Cooper and Michael Cooper (Angie); his brother Robert Phillips; his grandchildren, Megan Cooper, Ryan Cooper (Josephine), Sarah Cooper, Ashley Cooper and Seth Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Christian Cooper, Elijah Coleman, Rose Hannah, Aylin Cooper, Arabella Cooper, Amelia Cooper, Amaya Cooper and Jeremiah Cooper.
