With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Ann Beane in Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Mathes and Addie Painter Mathes; and her brother Marvin Mathes. She is survived by: her husband Erman Beane; her children, Carla Davis (Jason) of Asheboro, Craig Beane (Meghann) of Franklinville and Chris Beane (Andrea) of Archdale; her grandchildren, Reese Davis, Aubree Davis, Trevor Beane (Hailey), Tyler Beane, Zack Beane (Vanessa), Aubrie Goodman and Jaxon Goodman; and her brother Terry Mathes (Kathy) of Bristol, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph County or to the ALS Foundation in Elizabethton, TN.
