He is survived by: his wife Shirley Greene; his children, Connie Beal (Rocky), Marsha Hatley (Danny) and Travis Millikan (Kari); and his grandchildren, Michelle Castle (Jason), Brandon Hicks (Alicia), Allison Hicks (David), Brent Allmon (Kristin), Shana Allmon (Will), Karlee Milliken, Kayley Millikan, Kasen Millikan and Kinsley Millikan. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; and numerous other beloved family and friends.
