It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Mae Goldston of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 2, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Goldston and Betty Goldston; and her siblings, Marcellus of Nelly, JP, Lizzie, Lessie, Jessie and Bobble Goldston.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee "Uncle Doc" Goldston; her friend Sarah; her siblings, Christine (Buddy) and Clinton (Brenda); and her friends, Harrell, Jessie and Roger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
