She is survived by: her children, Sonya Penkava (Eric) of Franklinville and Greg Brown (Rachel) of Greensboro; her brothers, Wayne Brady (Wanda) of Siler City, Harold Brady (Ellen) of Bennett and Michael Brady (Darlene) of Bennett; and her grandchildren, Locksea, Lila, Lasea Penkava, Jack and Ellie Brown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
