He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampy Keene and Pearl Elizabeth Goodman Keene; and his siblings, Mildred (Sue), Irene, Carol, Georgia, Pauline, Jacqueline, Jessica, Gary, Johnny, Gregory, Ricky and Jeffrey.
He is survived by: his children, Asia Phillips (Tristan) of Ramseur and Noah Davis Keene of Archdale; his siblings, Minnie Newcomb of Steels Hollow, WV, Alma Patrick of Henlawson, WV, Cassie Copley of Elk Creek, Sampy Keene, Jr. of Buffalo Creek, WV and Michael Keene of Randleman, NC.; and his granddaughters, Cheyanne and Paisley.
His tenure at Caraway Furniture, which lasted until July 1998, was marked by his contributions to production and quality standards, as well as the many friendships he forged during those years.
