He was predeceased by: his parents, Mott Nicholson and Annie Starling; and his brother Glenn Blankenship. He is survived by: his wife Lori Cecil; his daughters, Casey Nicholson, Heather Allen and Jennifer Bullins; and his brothers, Scott Nicholson and Randy Nicholson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
