Hammer (Phillip Moreland) of Asheboro; her nieces and nephews, Ronnie Macon, Alan Moore, Chris McNeill, Brian, Brandon, Jeremy Hammer, Robert Shelton, Brantley Norman, Jenny Brown, Jessica Harmon, Michelle Shoffner and Cassidy Norman; and her caregiver Nikki Barrett. She is also survived by her family, friends.
